Dear Green Home Improvements,
Thank you do much for taking such good care of us during the improvements we recently made to our home. We love all of it - the insulation and radiant barrier, the new windows, the kitchen counters, and the second floor addition. From the day of the sale to the final daub of paint was only three weeks. That is amazingly efficient!
With the beautiful new windows, radiant barrier, and increased insulation, we have noticed a difference in the temperature of the home. It stays constant and at the temperature we programmed into the thermostat. Even in the oppressively hot August heat, the AC system actually turns off during the day. It's amazing and saves us money on the electric bill. Plus we feel better knowing that we are so much more energy efficient than we were previously.
I had been apprehensive about having strangers in my home for the renovation and window replacement, but Paul and his crew were friendly, courteous, and careful about cleaning up. Eric was fantastic too. He did a great job on matching paint and ensuring that the details were taken care of. The granite countertop people and the insulation group were both so fast and efficient that they were in and out, with the work finished, before I even got their names. And Jon, thank you for your personal attention and encouraging me to choose the under-mount sink. It really does make clean up so easy.

Since having three new windows put in about six months ago, I have noticed a huge difference not only in my electric bill (reduced by $50 a month) but how quiet it is inside. I have noticed my window seals are much cleaner and no more little critters hanging around. The biggest improvement is in at my dining room. I couldn’t leave anything on the table during the summer months or it would get fried, and now I don’t have to worry. The new windows do exactly what they are supposed to. I had replaced only three windows last Oct. and can’t wait until the remaining items are installed. My old windows were the originals that came with the house when it was built in 1977, single pane and the seals were in very poor shape.
The tax rebate cam in handy in allowing me to get the rest of the house done. Two new windows, glass sliding door, new front door with a side light and radiant barrier in the attic to be completed soon. Since CPS and gas has gone up I will be saving even more money. The tax rebate this year will help pay for the new installation.
Your representatives and installers were very professional, answered all my questions and even went out of their way to make things happen. I am very happy with the products and service I have received. Thank you.
